We offer a flexible cancellation policy with full refunds up to 60 days before your event. From 30-60 days, we retain 25% of the booking fee. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable due to date holding.
Typically, we deliver all edited photos within 3 weeks of your event. For same-day highlights reel, additional rush fees apply. Album design and premium prints may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
Yes! We offer professional album design with premium printing. Albums can be customized in various sizes and styles. We also offer high-quality prints, framing options, and canvas prints.
We have experience photographing in all weather conditions. We adapt our approach while maintaining the quality and beauty of your photos. For outdoor events, we recommend backup indoor locations as well.
